STUDENT MOTIVATION TRAINING with student of SMK YAPIS TIMIKA PAPUA

Student Motivation Training (SMT) is one of the programs conducted by Amikom form of training to motivate students, and one of the materials inside are Social Reaction Inventory (IRS). The purpose of the IRS is to recognize three social motives in themselves the Need of Achievement, Need of Affiliation and Need of Power. In addition, the purpose of the IRS is also to recognize the personhood of the characters and find the steps to improve personal profile.

SMT event which took place on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 from 13:00 till 16:00 CET running smoothly. Participants who filled the hall at SMK Yapis comes from the students of class X, XI and XII of more than 100 participants. Enthusiastic students are seen with many of the students listening and taking seriously the training.

Besar harapan dari pihak sekolah dengan adanya pelatihan SMT singkat ini bisa menjadi pemicu timbulnya semangat para siswa dalam belajar, dan pelatihan ini merupakan tahapan awal sebelum nantinya para siswa akan mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan yang lain.(\mzn)
