As one student organization that houses students of Information Engineering, held HMJTI Basic Leadership Training and Management (LDKMO) as one of the regeneration effort for prospective volunteers who will take charge in HMJTI. This activity takes place on 21-23 January 2013 at the Orchard Mangunan Bantul.
LDKMO the theme "Synergies and Ego Self Organization through Development and Self-Control" in order that the candidates can shape the character masing2 cadres who were all left out of the individual ego to come along in an organization, especially in HMJTI.
On the first day, participants get a gaming session that aims to get to know each other. On the second day participants were given a lot of outdoor games that aim to train compactness, develop leadership attitudes, and can control the personal ego for the sake of the common good. On the third day, and the Chairman of the Department S1TI D3TI Mr Sudarmawan, MT and Mr Hanif Al Fatta, M.Kom memeberikan little sharing about how a person will be a creative and personal can always put yourself in all conditions and situations.
The event was concluded with the Last LDKMO water war game, followed the closing ceremony and group photo. The last session was closed with large family meals HMJTI both from the board, the board of alumni and prospective volunteers in the basement 5 STMIK Amikom Yogyakarta to further tighten an already established family.
